What should I do if I or someone I know has thoughts of suicide?

If you or someone you know has thoughts of hurting or killing themselves, it is important to seek help and tell a trusted adult. There are various resources you or a friend could use. You may call the hotlines listed below to talk to someone about how you are feeling if you don't know who to go to. Remember that you are never alone. If there is an emergency situation, call 911.
